Oliver founded Yield-Up 9 years ago and has acted for a range of clients, from small start-up businesses to large multinational corporations. He specialises in pre-acquisition surveys and brokering commercial dilapidations settlements.
Outside of the office Oliver is a keen sportsman, with a particular interest in rugby, skiing, squash, tennis and golf.

David was a Non-Executive Director of The Berkeley Group Holdings plc for over 10 years, and until 2021 he was the Non-Executive Chairman of Countryside Properties plc.
Outside of work David is a keen fisherman and tennis player.
